Top 5 Sundays #63 – Best Urban Fantasy Novels of 2011!

Hey everyone!

Here is this really cool event, i'm following for a while now, called "Top 5 Sundays" hosted by "Welcome To Larissa's Bookish Life"

I think this is so much fun, so I guess I will participate in every week.

Here are the rules:

Rules:
1 - Write a post listing your TOP 5 choices within the theme I chose (or was chosen on a poll) for the week.
2 - Mention this Blog on the post and link back to it.
3 - Fell free to use the Feature's image (there is a smaller size version of it bellow)
4 - After you've finished your post, add you link (of the post, not your blog's main page) to the Mr.Linky at the end of that week's post.

The theme for today is:
Best Urban Fantasy Novels of 2011!
*in no particular order

I'm really happy for this theme, because UF is my favorite genre, so probably you will see my favorite books.
There are plenty of great UF books in this year, but these are i've read so far.

Shadowfever
Fever Series by Karen Marie Moning

One of my favorite series, and probably the best UF book in this year I've read so far.
 <3 Barrons & V'Luce <3

One Grave At A Time
Night Huntress Series by Jeaniene Frost
I always say, that this is the ultimate best series in this genre and on my shelf, and until the main characters are live - sort of- I never going to put a book from this series down. Even though, I don't like ghosts, I really enjoyed this book, too.

Hunt The Moon
Cassandra Palmer Series by Karen Chance
I have to say that this one is suprised me. I didn't really liked the previous book in the series, but this was awesome!

Archangel's Blade
Guild Hunter Series by Nalini Singh
I still waiting for Elena & Raphael's story to continue, but Dimitri is an awesome, fun character, really enjoyed reading about him.

Demon Marked
The Guardians Series by Meljean Brook
This was the first book i've read from this series, even thought it's the 7th. And I instantly fallen in love with it.

  1. Shadowfever is my #1 read for 2011! I think the series, which I read in less than a month, has bumped the Wicked Lovely series from the top spot on my all time faves list.
Sorry Niall, I know we've had this special thing going for years, but I can't get enough of Jericho Barrons!
