A demonic angel with a heart of ice, Veiron walks a dark path with vengeance on his mind. The fiery beauty makes him burn with hungers he must battle and needs he cannot deny, tempting him to surrender body and soul to her.
Erin is convinced her refusal to do the Devil’s bidding will see her die in a terrifying realm straight out of her nightmares. The last thing she expects is the lethally sensual warrior who breaks into her cell and awakens the darkest desires of her heart and a fierce longing to know the heat of his caress.
Pulled into an incredible world where war is set to ignite and darkness is on the rise, Erin races with Veiron to escape the Devil’s legions in a journey fraught with danger and filled with passion that flares white-hot.
When Erin is faced with a life-shattering realisation and an extraordinary destiny, will their love give them the strength to battle both Heaven and Hell or will they be parted forever?

My Thoughts:
ARC review!

Her Demonic Angel is the fifth book in Felicity Heaton’s Her Angel romance series. A lot of my friends asked me if they could read this without reading the other books in the series. The answer is yes, you can,  all of the stories in the series stand alone, joined by character and world only, and do not need to be read in order. HOWEVER, I highly recommend reading at least Her Guardian Angel, the fourth book in the series, before this one because it gives you much more details about our hero, Veiron and the Game that Heaven and Hell constantly playing.

Veiron really picked up my interest in the previous book, so I couldn't wait to read his book.

Let's see what I like about this book:

- It's 'in medias res'. The first scene we see is the heroine trapped in Hell. No boring intruduction scenes between the hero and heroine, they meet in Hell first, and get to know eachother along the way out of there.
- Veiron. 'Nuff said!
- Lots of scene setting in Hell. I love it, I love the description, you literally can see, smell the nightmarish place.
- Again, Veiron.
- Battle scenes. There are various kind of fight scenes, Angels Vs Demons, Angels vs Angels, Angels vs Devil, etc... And those are ALL will leave you breathless.
- The characters. Main and side characters egually. They're all different and unique. None of them is perfect. You can find something to hate and love in every one of them. I even love the Devil. ;)
- Did I mention Veiron? Like i said to my friend, just say the word Veiron, and i'm on the ride no matter what.
- The storyline. It's again full of twist and turns, although i did figure out one of the biggest mystery before it has been revealed, but there are plenty others that didn't even cross my mind.

What I didn't like (these didn't make me love the book less.)

I'm sitting here as i'm writing this review, and honestly I CAN'T think about anything I didn't like in this book. Iguess the only thing I didn't like is that there is no final battle between the Devil and our heroes, but I completely understand, because probably that will happen in the final book in the series, but i just can't wait to see it happen, along with the final battle against Heaven..

OVERALL: Her Demonic Angel is ONE OF THE BEST READS OF THE YEAR. The romance will melt your heart, the battle scenes will knock your socks off and the twist and turns will make you turning the pages as fast as you can. Stop what you're doing, pick up this book and let Veiron to take you to a hellish ride to this marvelous world full of danger, and suspense, demons and angels, good and evil. Heaven and Hell had never been so much alike.
